Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – Detectives Question Alkaline Over Controversial Video: Investigators at the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) on Tuesday morning, questioned Alkaline and his manager about the contents of the artiste’s new music video titled ‘after all’.
The video has been widely criticized because it promotes violence, including murder, and contains men in police uniforms carrying M16 assault rifles and handguns.
There is also a woman wearing a police uniform. The police has confirmed that at least four police personnel took part in the exercise. A police service vehicle which is in the production has been found to be an actual JCF unit.
Statements have been collected from the civilians who are in the video.
The police personnel who were identified in the video have also provided written statements.
The police are also anticipating a written statement from the producer of the video, based on discussions reportedly held with the individual.
