Jamaica Crime News, St Mary: The St. Mary police have reported that they have now successfully removed the  decomposed body, believing to be that of Warren Henry from a pit which is located at the back of his yard  in the Tree Hill, St Mary, on Sunday afternoon February 24.

Family members in the community say they are now  certain that the decomposed body is that of the 35-year-old construction worker, who went missing from his home in the middle of last week.

Reports are that on Sunday evening about 4:00 p.m., relatives of the missing man who were searching for him, smell a foul odor coming from a pit which is located in Warren’s yard in Tree Hill, Industry Pen, St Mary.

Investigations revealed that the odor was coming from the directions of the pit and close observation led to the discovery of the decomposed body at the bottom of the pit.

The police and the Fire Department were called in to the scene, and it took them several hours to remove the body, due to the vast state of decomposition.

The police say they are now awaiting a post-mortem examination result, but relatives say they positively identified the body by the clothing.
