Decomposed Body Found on Hope Road in Kingston, Still Not Identified   

Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: Detectives attached to the Half Way Tree Police Station in St Andrew, say they have still not gotten the identity of the male victim, whose decomposing body was discovered on an open lot along  Hope Road,  kingston 5 on Sunday, July 29.

The investigators say the unidentified man is of dark complexion, medium built and about 5ft 8ins tall.

He also sports a long unkempt hairstyle, bearded face and is believed to be in his mid-thirties.

He was clad in a black short sleeve polo shirt,  khaki pants and dark colored socks.

Reports by the Half Way Tree Police are that about 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, residents in the Hope Road area stumbled upon the body and alerted them.

Upon arrival of the lawmen,  the body was seen in a state of decomposition, had multiple bruises and a section of the head bashed in.

The lawmen say they are now making another appeal to members of the public,  who may know the deceased,  or who could assist in identifying him, to contact the Half Way Tree Police at 926-8184-5.
