Westmoreland, Jamaica (McN) – A deadly Westmoreland crash took the life of a young man on Thursday, April 13, as he tried unsuccessfully to avoid the tragic impact of a Coaster Bus by swerving his vehicle.

Ovaro Stone, 29-year-old of Holly Hill in Darliston, was travelling from Ferris in the parish of Westmoreland to Darliston, also in the parish, when he collided with a Coaster Bus travelling in the opposite direction. He allegedly swerved his 1991 Toyota Corolla to avoid the oncoming bus collision, but the accident still occurred.

On the impact of the Coster Bus, his body flew from the car while his feet were still pinned in the his Toyota Carolla.
