Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: Twenty-five-year-old Romane Rumble, customer service representative, of Carter Avenue, Kingston 10, was shot and killed by a group of armed men, along Omara Road, in Kingston 10, on Saturday, June 29.
Reports by the Half Way Tree police are that about 11:30 p.m., Rumble and a group of friends were walking along a section of Omara Road when they were ambushed by armed men.
The men opened fire on the group, and they ran into separate directions. After the gunmen left the area, it was discovered that Rumble had been shot.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, he was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
