The peer were first spotted together at the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada on September 25, 2017.
It is believed that the American actress who lives in Toronto at the moment could be engaged, as she was spotted being chauffeured around London in a Black Volkswagen, which no doubt reminds of us a similar instance which took place with now Duchess Kate a couple days before she and Prince William had announced their engagement.
