“Coolie” Shot To Death in Clarendon

Latest Jamaica News, Clarendon: 29-year-old Qwaine Black, otherwise called “Coolie”, a mason of Canaan Heights in Clarendon, was shot and killed in his community on Tuesday, July 9.

Reports by the May Pen police are that about 8:15 p.m., on Tuesday, Black was among a group of patrons at a bar in Canaan Heights, when he was ambushed by a lone gunman.

The armed man opened fire hitting Black multiple times to his upper body, before escaping in the area on foot.

The police were summoned and upon their arrival, Black was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
