Construction Worker Murdered in Kingston

Jamaica Crime News, Kingston: 46-year-old Andre McLaughlin, a construction worker of Old Hope Road in Kingston 5, was shot and killed at his home on Thursday night, October 18.

Reports by the Half Way Tree Police are that about 11:30 p.m., residents in the community raised an alarm, after hearing several loud explosions which sounded like gunshots, coming from the directions of McLaughlin’s home.

The lawmen drove to the community and carried out an investigation.  During a search of the area, McLaughlin was discovered at his house, lying on his back in a pool of blood.

The victim who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
