Clarendon Police Seeking Two Men Connected With Weekend Double Murder



Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) Clarendon Police Seeking Two Men: The Clarendon police say, they are now in search of two men for questioning, in connection with the double murder which took place in Raymonds District, on Friday night, June 9.

Those killed have been identified as, Aska Williams, 21-year-old and 18-year-old teenager, Gary Chaplin, otherwise called “Doopy” both of Raymonds District.

The Lionel Town Police reported that, shortly after 9:00 pm on Friday, June 8, Williams and Chaplin left their homes and were walking towards a gambling house, located at the Money Musk Housing scheme.

On reaching a section of the area known as Shrimp Way, they were approached by a Grey Toyota Axio motor car, with three men onboard.

In reaching in close proximity to the victims two men armed with handguns opened fire on them, from inside the vehicle.

The motor car sped away, while both victims were transported to the Lionel Town Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

The investigators pointed out that, investigations have resulted in the disclosure of the license plate on the vehicle and the two suspects are now being sought.
