Jamaica News, April 9, 2018 – Clarendon Police Seeking Public Assistance 

Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – The May Pen police in the parish of Clarendon say they are now asking members of the public for their assistance, to identify a  man whose body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, along a section of the Bustamante Highway on Friday morning, April 6.

The police also stated that they believe the victim was killed elsewhere and his body dumped at the location.

He is believed to be in his late thirties to early forties, about 5ft 7ins tall, sturdy built and of dark complexion.

Reports by the May Pen police are that, shortly after 7:00 a.m., on Friday, motorists traveling along the Bustamante Highway noticed the body and alerted them.

Upon arrival, the victim was discovered lying along the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

He was later transported to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Anyone with information that could assist in gaining the identity of the dead man is being asked to contact the May Pen police, Police 119 or the nearest police station.
