Clarendon Police Seeking Police Impersonators in Connection with Businessman’s Murder

Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: The police in May Pen Clarendon say they are still combing sections of the parish in search of a group of armed police impersonators, who they say behind the shooting death of a businessman at his home in the area on Wednesday night, June 20, 2018.

The slain businessman has been identified as, 36-year-old Benray Farquharson, otherwise called “Ezra”  of Natalee Boulevard also in May Pen.

Reports by the police are that about 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Farquharson was at home when armed men who identified themselves as police officers forced their way inside his home.

The men reportedly opened fire hitting the businessman multiple times to his upper body before leaving the scene.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded man was transported to the May Pen hospital where he was pronounced dead.
