Latest Jamaica News, Clarendon: The Clarendon police say they have now launched a manhunt for a group of armed men, who shot and killed a 16-year-old Vere Technical High school student, at his family home in Four Paths, on Thursday morning, July 18.

The police say they will not leave any stones unturned until the men behind the killing of Jamaine Palmer, who resided at Havannah Heights, Phase 3, in Four Paths, have been brought to justice.

Reports by the Four Paths Police are that about 1:15 a.m., Jamaine and other family members were at home, when armed men wearing ballistic vests and pretending to be police officers, went to the house.

The family attempted to run from the house through a rear entrance, and the armed men kicked open the door, and opened fire on them, hitting the teenage boy.

The police were summoned and upon their arrival, Jamaine was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
