Latest Jamaica News, Kingston (McKoy’s News): Clarendon Farmer Caught with Drugs – Twenty-Two-year-old Devin Russell, a farmer of Cherry Hills in Milk River, Clarendon, was arrested and charged in connection with the seizure of a quantity of ganja at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, earlier this week.
Reports by the police are that Russell was in the process of boarding a flight destined to Curacao, when a search was carried out of his belongings and person at the security checkpoint.
The search resulted in the seizure of compressed ganja weighing approximately 2.75 grams.
Russell was taken into custody and subsequently charged with possession of ganja, dealing in ganja, and taking steps preparatory to export ganja.
