Clarendon, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Christmas Day Murder: The day designated to celebrate joy, peace and goodwill in relation to the birth of Christ was not enough to stop the bloodletting in Clarendon.

36-yr-old Miruts Milton, otherwise known as ‘Ghetto’, car wash operator of Harris Street, May Pen was shot and killed by unknown attackers. The incident, which took place along Howard Avenue in May Pen occurred minutes after noon on Christmas Day.

Reports from the Constabulary Communications Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, revealed that residents heard explosions and called the police. On the arrival of the police, Milton was found lying face down in a pool of blood with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
