Latest Jamaica News [Mckoy’s News] Chinese Business Operators Falls Victims – Business owners and residents in Santa Cruz and other surrounding communities in St Elizabeth are on edge and are questioning the availability of resources to the police while they are been plagued by several robberies in recent times.

Saturday, August 24 around 09.30am was the latest in a series of robberies in the fast-growing business and commercial area where a supermarket was robbed of an estimated $2 million in cash from previous sales made by the Chinese operators.

Reports are that masked men waited outside while the operations opened the building. They proceeded to rob them then made their escape in a waiting motor car.

The police are still conducting their investigations.
