Restaurant Owner and Chef Killed by Gunman

St Ann, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – Restaurant Owner and Chef Killed: The St Ann police are now searching for a gunman who shot and killed a restaurant owner and chef on Wednesday (November 22, 2017) night in Discovery Bay, St Ann.

The deceased has been identified as 51-year-old Marlon McKnight, otherwise called Japanese, of Content district in the parish.

Reports are that about 6:45 p.m. the deceased was with friends at a bar having drinks when a man entered and engaged McKnight in a brief conversation. The man then pulled a gun and shot McKnight in the face, killing him on the spot.

The gunman escaped in a waiting motor car.
