Latest Jamaica News (McKoy’s News): Cayman Accident Claims Lives of Two Jamaicans Two Jamaica lost their lives as a result of a motor vehicle accident which occurred in the Cayman on Saturday, September 7.

They have been identified as 27-year-old Charlisa Titanya Chambers Higgins and 26-year-old Lopez George Higgins, both Jamaican nationals who lived in Cayman.

Reports are that about 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, Chambers and Higgins were returning from an event where Higgins was the disc jock. While traveling along Seaview Road in East End, the Daihatsu Boon motorcar in which they were traveling crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a sanitation truck head-on.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, both occupants of the car were found unresponsive and were later pronounced dead.

The truck driver was not injured.
