Jamaica Crime News, St Catherine: 54-year-old Humphrey Richards, otherwise called ” Buggies” of Bushy Park in St. Catherine, was shot and killed by unknown assailants at his home on Wednesday, March 6.
Reports by the Old Harbour police are that about 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, relatives of the dead man called his cell phone which rang without an answer.
Later that morning several family members went in search of him and upon reaching his home, Richards’ lifeless body was discovered on the ground in a pool of blood.
The police were summoned and upon their arrival, it was discovered that Richards had gunshot wounds to the regions of his face.
The scene was processed and the body later transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
