Jamaica Crime News, St James: Two brothers, a 47-year-old and a 66-year-old, were shot and seriously injured by gunmen in Anchovy, St James on Thursday night, September 20.
Reports by the Anchovy police are that about 9:00 p.m., both siblings were among a group of men, playing dominoes at a shop, at a section of the community known as York Bush.
Two men armed with handguns crept upon the men and opened fire, hitting both brothers multiple times.
The gunmen then made their escape on foot in the area.
The police were summoned and upon arrival, the wounded brothers were transported to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where they were treated and admitted in serious but stable condition.
