Jamaica Sports News: Boys Town gained their second hold on the Alliance MoneyGram/KSAFA Under-17 title, when they beat defending Champions Cavalier 3-nil at the Excelsior High School on the weekend.
The victory was highlighted by a double strike from the season’s leading marksman Omar Reid, who scored in the 24th and 61st minutes, after Donald Walters had got the opening goal in minute number 8.
The team was coached by former Boys Town player Leon Hardware, who expressed surprise at the margin of victory, stating that they had gone into the game as the underdogs.
