Body of Missing Returning Resident Discovered

The partially decomposed body of 44-year-old Karen Cleary was found buried in a shallow grave on property she owned in Boscobel, St. Mary this evening. Ms. Cleary, a Jamaican born beautician from North London, had been missing for 9 days.

According to the police, a labourer who was hired by Ms. Cleary to do work on her dream home on the property was held in connection with her disappearance. He eventually confessed to being in a dispute over the work with Ms. Cleary during which he used a knife to stab her to death. He led investigators to where he buried her body.

More details to come as they emerge
