Body Fished from Irrigation Well in Clarendon

Jamaica Crime News, Clarendon: The Clarendon police have now launched an investigation surrounding the death of a man, whose partially decomposing body was fished from a well in the parish on Wednesday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as, Ainsley Foster, 22-year-old laborer of White Road in Race Track, Clarendon.

Reports by the police are that about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday,  residents living in Four Paths district smell a foul odour coming from an irrigation well located on the compound of a local factory,  and went to investigate.

Body Discovered Floating in St Andrew River      

Upon investigation, they discovered Foster’s body was floating in the Well and summoned the police.

Upon arrival, the scene was processed, the body which appeared to have gunshot wounds was later removed and pronounced dead at hospital.
