USA (McKoy’s News) – Beyonce Debuts Newborn Twins: Beyoncé exhibited the long awaited photo of her newborn twins, Sir and Rumi Carter, via social media on Friday (July 14). The superstar singer, whose real name is Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, gave birth to twins in June and made their official introduction on Instagram.
The photo shows Beyoncé, 35, holding her two babies, a boy and a girl, in front of an elaborate flower arrangement by the sea. It was published at 5:10 a.m. ET and the photo had already surpassed 4.5 million likes on the social platform.
Throughout her pregnancy with the twins, Beyoncé used Instagram to document her style, turning out photos that were artistic, glamorous and skillfully staged. The Instagram post also served as the official confirmation of the babies names.
In June, Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly filed trademark documents to secure rights to the names “Rumi Carter” and “Sir Carter.”
The superstar singer and her mogul husband, who married in 2008, are also parents to a five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
