Baker Stabbed Almost to Death in Montego Bay

Latest Jamaica News (McKoy’s News): The Barnett Street police in Montego Bay, are now in search of a 50-year-old scullion, known as “Yankee” who reportedly stabbed a Baker almost to death, during a dispute along Barnett Street in Montego Bay, on Tuesday.

Reports are that both men who are employed to a Bakery in the vicinity of the Charles Gordon Market, got involved in a dispute while at work.

About 2:30 p.m., both men left work and upon reaching the vicinity of Clock, along Barnett Street, the Baker was attacked and stabbed in the abdomen by the man known as “Yankee”.

The accused man who hails from an address in Port Maria, St Mary and Broad Yard in Mount Salem, fled the scene and is now being sought by the police.

The wounded baker who also hails from a section of Mount Salem known as Clarke Street, is presently at hospital in intensive care.
