Jamaica Crime News: The Denham Town police seized one illegal firearm, during an operation carried out in the area, on Tuesday, April 2.
One man is now being sought in connection with the seizure.
Reports by the police are that about 11:50 a.m. on Tuesday, a team of officer carried out an operation at several sections of the area in search of gunmen.
During the operation, the lawmen saw one man running from a building. The man was chased but he managed to elude the cops.
A search of the building led to the seizure of Browning 9mm semi-automatic pistol, which was fitted with a magazine containing thirteen live rounds.
