Andre Bodden: Trelawny Man Shot and Killed, Female Shot and Injured     


Jamaica Crime News, Trelawny: One man was shot and killed in Falmouth Trelawny on Tuesday night and a female shot and injured during a drive-by shooting which occurred outside a shop.

The victim has been identified as Andre Bodden, otherwise called “Blacks” 26-year-old unemployed of Hill Sixty in Duncans, Trelawny.

Reports by the Falmouth police are that shortly after 8:00 pm, Bodden and the female were among a group of other customers at a shop located on Newton Street in Falmouth.

Minutes later, a Nissan Tida motor car with three men on board drove up to the shop.  Two of the men jumped out and brandished handguns and opened fire on the group of persons.

The men then sped away in the waiting motor car while it was discovered that Bodden and the female were shot.

The police were summoned and upon arrival, both wounded persons were rushed to the Falmouth hospital where Bodden was pronounced dead and the female admitted in critical condition.
