Latest Jamaica News, Montego Bay (McKoy’s News): American Tourist Held with Cocaine The Narcotics police arrested and charged an American national, at the Sangster’s International Airport in Montego Bay, St James, after he was caught in possession of cocaine weighing approximately one pound on the weekend.

The accused 39-year-old Marcea Lewis of Texas in the USA, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine, and attempting to export cocaine.

Man Arrested Following $15 Million Cocaine Seizure

Reports are that Lewis checked in to board a flight destined to Huston, Texas when his luggage was searched, and cocaine found in a wood carving inside the luggage.

The drug is estimated to have a street value of JA$750,000.

Lewis is scheduled to appear in the St James Parish Court this Friday, August 23.
