Almost 10 Charlemont Female Students expelled after street fight

Charlemont High School in Linstead, St Catherine, has reportedly expelling almost 10 girls who were involved in a street brawl near the school on Friday, November 8.

Following investigations by the school, it was decided that they no longer taken back into institution after the students were eventually suspended.

One of the students involved fainted and was hospitalized moments after the fight, which went viral on social media. The student who was hospitalized, in the meantime, is no longer living on the island.

The incident occurred among the girls as they were heated exchange on the school compound.

The senior vice principal who intervened in attempt to end the dispute, was able to have discussion in her office with one of the groups along with a student involved after ended up being hospitalized.

It is however, still unclear what causes the fight on Charlemont Road  outside the school.
