Montego Bay, Jamaica – Mount Salem Wanted Man Charged: One man who was being sought by the St James police in connection with a number of crimes committed around the parish, was apprehended in Kingston last weekend and officially charged after facing a series of identification parades.

Adrian Robinson otherwise called “Rasta” who hails from Crawford Street in Mount Salem was charged earlier this week with charges of Illegal possession of firearm and ammunition and shooting with intent.

Investigations are that Robinson has been carrying out a reign of terror throughout the Mount Salem area. He reportedly fled the community since the Zone of Special Operations was implemented in Mount Salem.

On Friday morning of December 8, 2017, police learnt of his whereabouts in Kingston and following a dragnet the wanted man was taken into custody. He was dragged before the St James Parish Court on Wednesday where he was remanded into custody until early next year.
