Adrian Harris: Drowns in Lilliput, St James

Jamaica News, St James: A man lost his life by drowning after he went for a swim at a section of the sea in Lilliput St James on Thursday, May 24.

The deceased has been identified as Adrian Harris, 29-year-old laborer of Lilliput community.

Reports are that about 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, Harris and other family members went for a swim at a section of the sea in Lilliput known as Trash Hole.

While in the water, Harris reportedly dived under the water to investigate an underground cave but he never resurfaced.

An alarm was raised and a search carried out for him.

Harris body was later fished from the water and the police alerted.  Upon arrival, he was transported to the Falmouth hospital where he was pronounced dead.
