St Andrew, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – An elderly Hope Road businesswoman was hacked to death just past midday on Friday, in St. Andrew. Her husband and two other persons were also injured in the machete attack by an alleged employee of the couple.
Police have confirmed that 77-year-old Barbara Moncrieffe is dead resulting from an attack around 12:30 pm., on March 25, 2017, at the Moncrieffe’s Patio Shop, at 47 Old Hope Road, St. Andrew.
The perpetrator of this murder violence is said to be a man in his 30s or near his 30s.
Police details are still being gathered on this gruesome murder of the 77-year-old Hope Road businesswoman and injury of two others.
St Andrew Central Police report that they have captured the suspect, and taken him into custody.
