Jamaica News, February 24, 2018 – Ganja Found in Dressmaker Crotch
St Catherine, Jamaica (Mckoy’s News) – A Linstead, St Catherine dressmaker was arrested at the Kingston airport after she tried to board a Caribbean Airlines flight destined for Barbados with two pounds of compressed ganja in her crotch, on Wednesday.
Narcotics police have charged 46-year-old Jacqueline Bailey with illegal possession of the drugs and attempting to export marijuana after on Wednesday, February 14, she was stopped at the security checkpoint on her way to board a flight to Barbados.
Bailey was searched at about 12:45 p.m. when on closer examination of her body, a cylindrical shaped item was seen in her lower midsection, which was discovered to be compressed ganja weighing two pounds, neatly secured in her crotch.
She is scheduled to appear before the St Andrew Parish Court next Tuesday, February 27.
