Seven more people died of COVID-19 related illnesses Sunday, taking the total so far in Jamaica to 146.
There were 95 new confirmed cases pushing the total to 7,831 so far.
Of the seven who died six were from Kingston and St Andrew and one from St Catherine. Their ages ranged from 43 to 70.
Among the 95 who tested positive Sunday, 34 were from St Catherine and 17 from St James. One hundred and fifty-six (156) people are in hospital with the virus of which 20 are in a critical state.
