Jamaica News: There were four more COVID-19 related deaths and 38 new cases Monday, in Jamaica. The death toll is now 196, while there have been so far 8,787 cases
The Ministry of Health and Wellness says there are three other cases under investigation. The four who died Monday were listed as:
- A 56-year-old female from Kingston and St. Andrew
- A 57-year-old male from Kingston and St. Andrew
- A 29-year-old female from St. Thomas
- A 55-year-old male from St. Mary
The highest number among the 38 new cases came from St Catherine, with nine, and St James, with eight.
There are 115 people still in hospital, four of them critical.
