St James, Jamaica (McKoy’s News) – 18-Year-Old Charged with Murder: An 18-year-old teenager who was recently charged with the murder of a teenaged girl who was said to be his girlfriend, appeared in the St James Parish Court on Wednesday, December 6th to answer to murder charges.
The accused teenager Shamar Flowers who hails from McLoud Road in Cambridge is facing murder charges committed on Monday, November 20, 2017, against 17-yr-old Roxan Davis also of Mcloud Road in Cambridge.

Reports by the Cambridge police are that shortly after 10:30 a.m. on that Monday, residents living at Mcloud Lane alerted the police after hearing gunshots being fired at a section of the community. The lawmen rushed to the scene and on arrival they stumbled upon the teenager’s body which was lying a section of the roadway in a pool of blood. The victim also had multiple gunshot wounds to her upper body.
The scene was processed and the body was later removed and pronounced dead at hospital.
